In December 2014, Charlie Grady founded Hang Time, igniting a grassroots movement to empower and reintegrate ex-offenders back into society. Focused on individuals impacted by gang/group violence and those suffering from Post-Traumatic & Present Stress Disorder (PTSD) due to urban gun violence, Hang Time has grown into a vital community resource. It began with a diverse team, including a federal prosecutor, a local police officer, ex-offenders, and social service workers, all united to brainstorm successful reintegration strategies. This collaborative effort has blossomed into the transformative community program known as Hang Time™.

OUR
MISSION
